Our State-of-the-Art facility was created with our patients in mind. Our 6,000 square foot luxurious medical spa has a very relaxing and soothing environment including a relaxation room with aromatherapy and full-service locker-rooms for both men and women with showers and infrared saunas.
GUIDELINES
Guests of all ages are welcome to enjoy Aesculapius Medical Spa & Wellness Institute. Guests under 16 years of age must be accompanied by an adult for all services and treatments provided at A-Medical Spa.
All Aesculapius Medical Spa patients are required to have a medical wellness consultation and/or evaluation with the on-site physician or other licensed professional prior to their first treatment or service at A-Medical Spa.
Please notify the Patient Wellness Coordinator when booking treatments and/or services if you have high blood pressure, allergies, physical disabilities, are pregnant, or have any other health concerns.
Please leave all jewelry and valuables at home. You will be given a locker for your clothing and personal items brought into A-Medical Spa. We request that cell phones and pagers be turned off.
Shaving is recommended for men prior to facials. If you choose to shave for any treatment, please do so at least two hours before your service to prevent skin irritation. Shaving is recommended on the day of your procudure for all laser hair reduction services. Waxing is NOT recommended prior to body treatments or hair removal services.
Arriving late will simply limit the time for your treatment, thus lessening its effectiveness and your pleasure. Your treatment will end on time so that the next patient will not be delayed. The full value of your treatment will be charged.
Our on-site physician and/or A-Medical Spa staff member is delighted to assist you in planning your medical spa experience, including the best order and combinations of treatments and services.
We accept Visa and Mastercard and personal checks. Payment is required prior to all treatments and services.
Gratuities are a matter of personal discretion and should reflect your level of satisfaction. Gratuities between 15 and 20% are customary for our spa services.
Prices are subject to change without notice.
If you must cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time. You may be charged a $50 cancellation fee for any appointment not cancelled within 24 hours of your scheduled service.
